I'm Daniel. I lead product and technology at LSports, a real-time sports data company. I'm interested in what new technology changes about the way we build, operate, and lead.

AI brings that question into daily work. What should we automate? What should we measure? Where does a person need to make the call? I write to explore those decisions and help other leaders navigate the changes around them.

This site is where I share that thinking: field notes on agents in real operations, tools you can use, and experiments you can try. Some notes start with something I'm building; others follow a technology or company move and ask what it means in practice.

This site is also an experiment in working with agents. Daniel brings the questions, experience, and judgment. Codex coordinates research, builds, and checks through reusable skills and a shared working record.

  1. 01 / Direction

    Start with a real question.

    Leadership, operations, and emerging technology set the agenda. A useful question comes before a new tool.

  2. 02 / Investigation

    Give the assistants useful work.

    Agents gather sources, compare evidence, prototype ideas, and test the site. Findings, limitations, and unfinished work stay in the studio’s internal records.

  3. 03 / Judgment

    Bring the conclusions back.

    Research and drafts prepared by agents remain proposals. Daniel reviews published positions and decides what is ready to share. Existing personal notes remain Daniel’s writing.
